The villa has five bedrooms.  Three bedrooms have double bed, one has two twin beds and one has a bunker bed. There are two bathrooms, living rooms, dining room and a kitchen. The lounge, the dining area and the kitchen are all found in an open space. The bigger living room is furnished with a leather sofa and has a fire place while the other is furnished with a cotton sofa with big sunny windows. In the dining area is a dining table for up to 12 people and a piano. In the middle of the lounge area is a stereo and a big screen TV with a DVD and VHS player.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, an oven, fridge with a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, boiler, water basin and hot and cold water. In addition all kitchen utilities needed are provided in the villa.
